Novae Terrae
(Did you mean the fanzine published by Temple and Clarke?)
One of the earliest British fanzines, it was the clubzine of the Nuneaton SFL with its first issues in March, 1936.
Shortly afterwards, the first British SF convention was held in Leeds and Novae Terrae became the Official Organ of the newly formed Science Fiction Association.
It was first edited by Maurice Hanson with Dennis Jacques as assistant editor. Later co-editors and assistant editors included Maurice T. Crowley, Arthur C. Clarke, William Temple and John Carnell. It ran for 29 issues before Hanson handed the editorship over to John Carnell, who arranged to have it professionally published and retitled it New Worlds and reverted to Vol. 1 No. 1 with the March 1939 issue and did four issues.
