(John) Ramsey Campbell is an English horror fiction author and critic. He has been writing for over fifty years, and two of his novels have been filmed (for non-English-speaking markets).
Active in fandom in the 1960s, he was the second President of the British Fantasy Society and was a member of the LiG and a fanzine contributor.
He is married to Jenny Chandler, daughter of SF author A. Bertram Chandler.
