John Ramsey Campbell, an English horror author and critic, has been writing for over 50 years, and two of his novels have been filmed for non-English-speaking markets.
Active in fandom in the 1960s, he was the second President of the British Fantasy Society and was a member of the LiG and a fanzine contributor.
He is married to Jenny Chandler, daughter of SF author A. Bertram Chandler.
