EURAPA was a European APA dating from some time around 1980. In Ansible #14 (December 1980) said:
Bellis & Engholm report a European apa (bimonthly, £1.50/year, contribution 12pp/year min: Joachim Henke [address in Germany]
- 30 (November 1982) additionally provided:
Eurapa is of necessity a European apa, with 50-copy requirement, dues 10DM (=£2) yearly: Joachim Henke [address as before]
Aside from Bellis, Engholm and Henke, other members are identified through mention in Cloud Chamber #18.
