Margaret Trebing, a Philadelphia fan and PSFA member, was also a member and officer of PSFS. She wrote the Philcon I Report in 2000 and was the Assistant Publications Division Head for the Millennium Philcon in 2001.
Margaret is a third-generation fan, the daughter of Allison Williams and Alexander Phillips and the granddaughter of James Williams. She married fellow fan Mark Trebing in 1989.
