Space-Con Three was a large Star Trek convention held February 11-13, 1977 at the San Francisco Civic Auditorium.
It had an all-star lineup. No GoHs, as such, but a bunch of Star Trek actors as well as Harlan Ellison, Robert Heinlein, Theodore Sturgeon, Larry Niven, Robert Silverberg (and, in much smaller print) Dick Lupoff, Bill Tuning, Myrna Culbreath, Alan Dean Foster, Sondra Marshak, and Jacqueline Lichtenberg. Alva Rogers chaired the sf part of the program which was a single track which did not signficantly interact with the Star Trek parts.
It apparently drew about 8,000 people.
