Phillycon 1946 was a convention held Sunday October 26, 1946 at a rented hall in downtown Philadelphia, PA. There was no GoH, (but the attendee list was studded with stars, both fan and fannish pro.)
It ran from 1pm to about dinner time and was chaired by Milt Rothman and there were 60-70 attendees.
