Pat Kearney

Patrick John Kearney is a UK fan based in London from 1960. He was a member of the Science Fiction Club of London, the Young Science Fiction Reading Group and OMPA. His first convention was LXIcon, the 1961 Eastercon.
In Who's Who in Science Fiction Fandom (1961) he said:
I like girls, movies and film stills. It's a competition between me and Alan Dodd, as to who sees the film first. No interest in sports, classical music of any kind. Likes pop stuff by Presley, Brenda Lee and rock instrumentals...
He was involved in the 1964 alternative history film It Happened Here about a Nazi occupation of the UK in 1940. He is credited in the role of 'partisan' but according to Jim Linwood (cited in Beyond Fandom) he also played the role of a German soldier and so got to shoot himself. He also worked as a grip on the film.
In a letter to Prolapse #6 (2007) Ramsey Campbell wrote:
Pat Keamey also went on to publish professionally. He was always passionately opposed to censorship – he may well have influenced me in that regard – and wrote about (for instance) Naked Lunch in his fanzine when the Olympia Press edition of the book had to be smuggled in from Paris.
In 1988 he published A Bibliography of the Publications of the New York Olympia Press.
