Norcon 22, the Norwegian Natcon, also the Oslo Science Fiction Festival 2008, was held July 31 - August 3, 2008 at Helga Eng’s House, Blindern, University of Oslo, in Oslo, Norway. GoHs were Iain M. Banks, and Torstein Bugge Høverstad.
