The New Futurian was a fanzine published by J. Michael Rosenblum in the UK. The title references Rosenblum's earlier fanzines The Futurian and Futurian War Digest. It was his first fanzine after an eight year break. Ron Bennett became assistant editor from #6.
The contributors to the first issue were mostly pre-Second World War fan veterans such as Walter Gillings, R. G. Medhurst and John F. Burke although they also included contemporary fans such as Bennett. This pattern was repeated in later issues. Gillings contributed the first installment of 'The Clamorous Dreamers'[1], his history of early fandom that would appear in all but the sixth issue.
