Katcon (Beneluxcon 31) was held March 9-11, 2012 in Katwijk aan Zee, Netherlands. The GoHs were Gwyneth Jones and Jan J. B. Kuipers. It was organized by the Netherlands Contact Center for Science Fiction (NCSF).
