John Phillifent

(November 10, 1916 – December 16, 1976)
John T. Phillifent British fan who also used the pseudonym John Rackham. He was a member of OMPA, and edited some issues Vector for the BSFA. He also had a significant pro career writing under both his own name and John Rackham.
