J. B Jepson was a UK fan from Nuneaton active in the 1930s. He was a member of the Science Fiction Association (SFA), joining in June 1937.
Jepson hosted at least one meeting of the Nuneaton branch of the SFA on June 16, 1937 where a constitution was drawn up and it was decided that meetings would henceforth be every three weeks. He isn't noted as a host for or a participant in subsequent meetings.
In Novae Terrae #10 he published a response to Forrest J Ackerman, arguing for 'basic English' rather than Esperanto as a universal language.
