I Remember Me
"I Remember Me" was the title used by Walt Willis for two series of autobiographical articles published in various fanzines between 1956 and 1998.
First series: 1956–1969
The first three installments were published in both Pamphrey and Woz between 1956–8. Installments 4–20 were then published as part of the 'Warblings' column in Ethel Lindsay's Scottishe between 1960 and 1966 with a final twenty-first installment appearing in Arnie Katz's Quip in 1969.
All first series installments are most readily available in The Harp Remembered (compiled by Dave Langford, Ansible Editions, 2023).
Second series: 1991–1998
A second series of ten columns using the same title appeared in Nicki and Richard Lynch's Mimosa between 1991 and 1998. These are most readily available in I Remember Me and Other Narratives (edited by Richard Lynch, 2021).
