A club locate din the Washington, DC area founded in the 1980s. It was forced to dissolve in 2023 after Costume-Con 40, which it sponsored in 2022, fell substantially short of its promised room block leading to a hotel bill of $200,000.
Its clubzine was the Greater Columbia Fantasy Costumers Guild Newsletter which was nominated for the 1986 Best Fanzine Hugo when edited by Bobby Gear.
