Donald G. MacRae was a fan from Glasgow, Scotland, active in the 1930s. He was the director of Chapter 34 of the Science Fiction League in the mid-1930s and published a 'Petition for Science' in Novae Terrae 10 (February 1937). The chapter collapsed soon after.
