Con*Stellation XIII: Musca was a convention held November 4-6, 1994 at the Tom Bevill Center in [[]]. The GoHs were Spider Robinson, Alan M. Clark (Artist GoH), and Sue Thorn (Fan GoH).
It was chaired by Rhett Mitchell and Robin Ray and Timothy Zahn was MC.
