Basil P. Coukis was a fan from Athens in Greece active in the 1950s. He was a member of the Supermancon in Manchester, UK in 1954 but it's not known if he attended. Presumably he didn't as it feels like the kind of thing that somebody would have mentioned.
He was a reader of Peon. In an editorial in #36 (December 1955), Charles Lee Riddle says that Coukis met up with a group of American fans in New York City over Labor Day 1955 when he was on his way a scholarship to Ripon College in Wisconsin.
