Rosco Edward Wright was a fan and artist from Eugene, OR, active in the 1940s. He published the fanzines Beyond and Vision. He attended Philcon.

At least six issues of Beyond appeared. The zine contained essays, original fiction, fanzine reviews and art work. It was a mimeographed publication distributed by FAPA. Also published in FAPA was A Autumn Fantasy from Rosco.

Wright also published two issues of Vision in 1943, and in the late 1940s began co-editing Eusifanso for the Eugene Science Fantasy Artisans Society. He then co-edited Viewpoints (another FAPAzine) with Norman Hartman.

According to his obituary in the Register-Guard of Eugene, OR, November 18, 2012:

He served in the Navy during World War II. He received a masters of fine arts from the University of Oregon and was an art teacher for Oregon public schools, art and color theory instructor at Montana State University and at Lane Community College for 26 years until his retirement.[1]
