Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada has the Winnipeg Science Fiction Association (WINSFA) who sponsor Keycon. The 1994 Worldcon, ConAdian, was held there.
The Winnipeg Science Fiction Society ran from the 1950s to 1980s.
