Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada, has the Winnipeg Science Fiction Association (WINSFA) who sponsor Keycon. The 1994 Worldcon, ConAdian, was held there, and it hosted the 2023 NASFiC.
The Winnipeg Science Fiction Society ran from the 1950s to 1980s, and it was home to Decadent Winnipeg Fandom.
