David D. Levine is a Portland, OR-area, fan and pro who entered fandom from Milwaukee, where he grew up. He chaired OryCon 12 and Potlatch 5, and has worked on numerous regionals and Worldcons.
He is a member of the OSFCI Board of Directors, and has been a member of (and an officer of) PORSFS. He is a member of GT and the Not Ready For Sidereal Time Players and has performed in many fannish plays.
Born in Minneapolis, he was married to the late fellow fan Kate Yule.
