Eastercon 14, Bullcon, was held at the Bull Hotel in Peterborough, UK over Easter 1963. The GoH was Edmund Crispin. The committee was Ken Slater, Pauline Jackson, Dave Barber.
The first Doc Weir Award was presented here to Peter Mabey. Its convention newsletter was The East Fanglian Times.
