Frank W. F. Dobby was a fan and fanartist from Leeds active in the 1930s.
He was an early although not founding member of the Leeds branch of the SFL in 1935 and contributed cover art to Novae Terrae from 1937. He was not present at the 1937 Leeds convention but joined the Science Fiction Association (SFA) in May 1937 and when the Leeds SFL split in the aftermath of the convention he was part of the SFA faction. He attended the Second British Convention in London in 1938 and provided the cover art for the programme book.
He doesn't seem to have been in evidence after 1938 and is not listed in J. Michael Rosenblum's 1945 Directory of Anglo-Fandom.
