The 2017 GUFF race was North, sending an Australia or New Zealand fan to Worldcon 75 in Helsinki. The candidates were Donna Maree Hanson, Sam Hawke, Belle McQuattie, and Alexandra Pierce. Originally Pierce was running jointly with Alisa Krasnostein; the ballot was revised to reflect Krasnostein's withdrawal.
