(???? -- )
Sam Hawke is an Australian fan and author who was an unsuccessful candidate for GUFF in 2017. In 2019, she won an Aurealis Award for Best Fantasy Novel, the Norma K. Hemming Award, and the Ditmar Awards for Best Novel and Best New Talent.
At CoNZealand she read a passage from "Ghost Book", a work that her publisher hadn't wanted. (They'd wanted the second book of the series to be set less close to the events of the first book.)
