Herbert 'Bert' Warnes (once and seemingly erroneously referred to as Henry Warnes), was a fan from Leeds active in the 1930s.
He attended the 1937 Leeds Convention where he was the chairman and he printed its souvenir booklet. He was chairman of the Leeds branch of the Science Fiction Association and attended the Second British Convention in London in 1938 where he was called on to report on their activities:
