Vice

Vice was a fanzine published by Brian Jordan.

Its history is a little unclear as for some reason it escaped the original compiler of the British Fanzine Bibliography. #3 definitely exists and is dated June 1961. It makes reference to #1 and #2, providing further evidence that they did exist too. It's also unclear if there were issues after #3 although its contents may imply not.

The third issue is an announcement of gafia. Jordan would begin his third year at university in October and an 'undignified' performance in the summer exams had led him to conclude that 'FANAC MUST GO'. He would be 'withdraw[ing] from fandom almost completely, maintaining contact only through OMPA, Skyrack, and the few zines I currently sub to.'
