VCON 23 was held May 15-17, 1998 at the Surrey Inn (now Days Inn Surrey Centre) in Surrey, BC, Canada. The GoH was David Gerrold and Mike Jackson was Artist GoH. The theme was "Infestation" and it was chaired by Les Shewchuk.
