The Thrill Book was a U.S. pulp magazine published for 16 issues by Street & Smith in 1919. It was a precursor to Weird Tales.
The first eight issues (March to June), edited by Harold Hersey, were a mixture of adventure, SF, fantasy, and weird. Ronald Oliphant edited the last 8 issues, July to October, 1919. Some SF was included, most notably a serial, "The Heads of Cerberus," by Francis Stevens. It was intended to carry "different" stories, which meant that many were SF or fantasy.
The Annotated Index to The Thrill Book by Richard Bleiler was published in 1991.
