For all that it's an odd coincidence, I think that story in the The Futurian of 1940 must be a different Joyce Slater. Ken and Joyce didn't marry until 1948 and in Operation Fantast #2 (1947) she is referred to as Miss J. Teagle. I'm making enquiries... --Mark Plummer (talk) 09:40, 12 June 2024 (PDT)
