Steve Moore was a British fan first active in the 1960s. He was an attendee at the Friday evening BSFA open house meetings at Ella Parker's home in London and produced four issues of a fanzine Vega through the BSFA's PADS in 1965.
After attending Worldcon in London in 1965, he became involved in comics fandom, and in July 1967 he published Ka-Pow, the first British comics fanzine. He became a significant figure in the British comics scene, likely outside the scope of this site.
