StellarCon 23 was held March 19-21, 1999 at the Holiday Inn in High Point, NC. The con chair was Wendell McCollom, and the Guests of Honor were Jack L. Chalker (GoH), Aaron Allston, Simon Hawke, Jody Lynn Nye, and Larry Septrick (FGoH). Estimated attendance was 600.
