Rustycon 4 was held January 16-18 1987 at the Everett Pacific Hotel in Everett, WA. The GoH was C. J. Cherryh, the Artist GoH was Dameon Willich, and the Fan GoH was Frank Catalano. It was chaired by Michael L. Scanlon.
