R. E. Lackersteen was a UK fan likely from London active in the 1940s. He was a member of the Cosmos Club (CSC), noted as a new member in Cosmic Cuts v4#6 (February 1945). Sadly, we don't know much more about him, aside from a anecdote in Cosmic Cuts v5#2 (June 1946) from which we learn that he was part of an expedition of Club members that retrieved the remnants of the Science Fiction Association library from Harry Kay in Catford.
He is not listed in the Directory of Anglo-Fandom of 1945.
