The at-con team which manages the program. They are frequently different than the team which put the program together in advance of the con. Program Ops (which is a shortening of Program Operations) is usually responsible for managing schedule changes, and often responsible for creating the pink sheets (if any), warning panelists a few minutes before a panel is due to end, handling A/V for panels, etc. Sometimes Program Ops runs the Green Room and sometimes that is done separately.
Originally a paper process, the introduction of dynamic websites and mobile phone apps now means more of the work involves updating program databases, social media and republishing electronic copies.
