Postcon Poctsarcd

A poctsarcd, um, postcard fanzine issued by Bruce Pelz consisting of a picture postcard with a short rubber-stamped text on the back mailed to a presumably small mailing list. They were sent out from the convention city after cons Pelz had been to.
