Postal Preview was a fanzine published on postcards by Ted Carnell in the UK in 1939–40.
The British Fanzine Bibliography says the title was used for a second series of fanzines starting in 1948. They were believed to be duplicated, and bi-monthly, but only three widely scattered and unnumbered issues have been identified. An advertisement in Operation Fantast Handbook 1952 suggests this second series contained book news and may have been more in the order of a bookseller's catalogue than a fanzine per se.
