Postal Preview was a fanzine published on postcards by Ted Carnell in the UK in 1939–40.
The British Fanzine Bibliography says the title was used for a second series of fanzines starting in 1948. They were possibly foolscap, duplicated, and bi-monthly, and continued after 1950, but has no further information. An advertisement in Operation Fantast Handbook 1952 suggests this second series contained book news.
