Penny Grant is a UK fan and fan artist active in the 1970s. She contributed art to Maya and the souvenir book for the 1974 Eastercon, Tynecon, the latter a series of drawings of personalities expected at the convention including Brian Aldiss, John Brunner and Christopher Priest. She also wrote a news column for the UK prozine Science Fiction Monthly in which she publicised Tynecon, the BSFA and the Globe meeting in London leading to increased interest in all of those things.
