Outside Con III was a relaxacon held August 14-16, 1990 at Billy Dunlop Park in Clarksville, TN. It said "Where Fandom meets Mother-Nature. Pot luck Banquet! Dance Saturday night!" It may have had GoHs and a toastmaster.
