Ohio Valley Filk Fest 7 was a filk convention held October 26-28, 1991 at the Hilton Inn North in Columbus, OH. GoH: Cynthia McQuillin, Listener Guest: Howard Scrimgeour. It was chaired by Kathy Hamilton and Emily Vazquez Coulson and the toastmaster was Robin Bailey.
