Mark L. Blackman is a New York fan. He was a member of the Lunarians and chaired Lunacon 38 and was a member of the exec for Lunacon 2016. He was a member of the New York in 1989 Worldcon bid. He has contributed to WOOF and to Mike Glyer's File 770.
