Margaret Welbank is a UK fan and fan artist from London active since the 1970s. She contributed bid artwork for Britain in '87, the 'Bumcon' strip in Ansible #39 (August 1984, 'The wholly imaginary Bumcon does regrettably have some resemblances to Seacon '84') and Chocolates of Lust. She was a member of TWP.
She was a member of various conventions from Seacon '79 to Loncon 3, respectively the 1979 and 2014 Worldcons, and likely others.
