Did you mean a Don Hutchison fanzine?

Macabre was a 9-page, single-issue fanzine published by James Parkhill Rathbone of Edinburgh, Scotland in August 1939. It was likely the first fanzine produced in Scotland.

Fantast #5 trailed its premier in May:

Connoisseurs of the weird and fantastic will not want to miss Macabre, shortly to be published by James Rathbone of Edinburgh. The first issue of this excellent magazine will contain material by Burke, McIlwain, Rathbone, Williams [probably Eric C. Williams] and others and it is probable that future issues will have authentic spirit photographs!! Priced at 4d. a copy.

In fact, aside from Burke, McIlwain and Rathbone it featured pseudonymous pieces by 'Phantas' and 'H. C.'.

In Dawn Shadows #2 (November 1940), Rathbone said a second Macabre would 'make its appearance three weeks after you get this'. There is no evidence that it appeared at all.
