M. Kelly was a fan from Middlesex active in the 1950s. The name appears on the membership lists for both the London SF Con of 1952 and the Supermancon of 1954 although it's unknown if he attended either. However, the fact that he is listed as a member of both convention societies seems to indicate a degree of commitment.
Ron Bennett's Directory of Science Fiction Fandom for 1955 shows an M. Kelly in London N16 who could be the same person. He is not listed in the 1956 version.
