Note that the Fancy 2 entry header Simplifyd Spelng to "legalength", and there was no entry for foolscap as such (somewhat confusingly, that has two definitions: beside "British foolscap" 8 × 13 inches "for writing", there is also a half inch larger "Imperial foolscap" for printing – but presumably only the former was commonly available for duplicators?), instead the matter was dealt with in Format and Standard Size; see also longer explanation at Regalength.
