John Sibley was a fan likely from London, UK active in the 1940s. He was a member of the Cosmos Club, taking part in an expedition detailed in its clubzine Cosmic Cuts v5#2 (June 1946) where Club members retrieved the remnants of the Science Fiction Association library from Harry Kay in Catford. He was also noted as one of the attendees at the first meeting of the London group of the British Fantasy Society in mid-1946 although there's no evidence that he was a member of the Society itself.
