(September 21, 1949 – September 7, 1999)
Jim Keith was best known as the author of paranoid conspiracy-theory books such as Black Helicopters Over America, Saucers of the Illuminati and Casebook on the Men In Black. However, in the late 1960s, he was a member of ValSFA (an east Los Angeles County club that also included Don Fitch and Larry Nielson). of APA-L, and a founder of APA-H.
Keith died after he broke a leg at the Burning Man Festival; a blood clot released during surgery caused a fatal embolism.
