A one-shot convention (though it apparently was not intended to be one-shot) run by the briefly revived URSFS in Rochester, NY. It was held in 1990 and was a one-day free event on campus. GoH: Nancy Kress, FGoH: B. J. Shea.

The convention site says "Another guest was UR professor Sarah Higley, who has written several ST:NG episodes (as Sally Caves). Coincidentally her episode about holodeck addiction, premiered that day, and was shown at the con. (and local Trek fans bitched about a lack of Trek programing. - Go figure)"
