Henry W. Osier is a longtime fan from Milwaukee, a fanhabitant of Lytheria, with special interests in steampunk and costuming. He is a member of the Milwaukee Steampunk Society. Osier has chaired several Costume-Cons and worked on Ditto 18 in 2005.
